Effect of Jeungmi-Leegin-Tang on the Secretion of Gastric Juice in Rats

Abstract

|
In order to study on the effect of Volume of gastric juice, free aciditym and order to srudy on the effect of Volume of gastric juice, free acidity, and total acidity, Jeungmi-Leegin-Tang decoction were administered to the pylorus-ligated rats. The results were follows ;
1. The effect upon volume of gastric juice of experimenting group with medicine in contrast with control group, there was decreasing that it revealed significant value.
2. The effect upon free acidity and total acidity of experimenting group with medicine in contrast with control group, there was decreasing that it revealed significant value . It is concluded that the Jeungmi-Leegin-Tang seems to effective against gastric hyperacidity and gastric ulcer.
